VS. KAPI - Friday Night Funkin Mod is a fan game made by an indie developer named Pretty Kitty. As the name suggests, this is a mod for the popular music rhythm game Friday Night Funkin'. It features two new characters and three new songs to sing.
VS. KAPI - Friday Night Funkin Mod utilizes the same gameplay as the original title. Only this time, the Boyfriend is not facing off with the Dad, but Kapi, a grey cat with long hair tied in a ponytail. Mr. Game and Watch will also make their appearance.
Same game, different opponent
Friday Night Funkin' is a game that comes with mechanics similar to DDR. Using the arrow keys or WASD, you need to match the arrows shown on the screen as best as you can. The game rewards you with points for both beat timing and precision. The winner will be determined by the meter at the bottom of the screen.
VS. KAPI - Friday Night Funkin Mod is a game utility that extends the content of its original title. Here, you will still play as the Boyfriend. But as with other mods of the game, you will face off with another opponent. This time, the enemy will be Kapi, the cat. The premise is that he wants the Girlfriend for himself, but the Boyfriend is not having it.
Instead of singing, Kapi plays the note on the DDR pad. Kapi also brings two new songs, Wocky and a remix of Beethoven Virus. Besides Kapi, the mod also includes another week, which features Mr. Game and Watch. This contains only one song—entitled Flatzone—leaving the game with a total of three new songs.
